Shagle does not process or store your payment information; all payments are processed via a trusted third-party processor, SegPay.
Purchases, transactions or service subscriptions -- as made available on shagle.com -- are discreetly billed on your bank or credit card statement by SegPay. Users are responsible for maintaining their account and settings via SegPay as related to Shagle Services through their self-service portal here.
If your use of Shagle services, or billing issues, result in concerns or disputes which have not been resolved after contact with SegPay, you can contact our customer service team by using the contact form. You are advised that Shagle may use remedial efforts to recover payments incurred for services accessed, which are charged back to SegPay. If you dispute charges incurred or are unable to resolve a billing issue, you are advised to contact Shagle to make a determination, that they feel in their discretion, is in the best interest of the Shagle community.
Misuse of the Payment or Billing process shall constitute a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
